By accessing or purchasing from manocraftjapan.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products

All products are handmade and may vary slightly from the images shown. Colors and dimensions are approximate. Each item is one of a kind.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping

Items ship from Japan within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. International transit typically takes 7–21 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at shotatsuruda0819@gmail.com with photos and we will arrange an exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photographs, text, and product designs — is owned by MA NO CRAFT. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

MA NO CRAFT's liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
